I studied under Teresa Blackburn, a highly respected Reiki Master, and became a Reiki Teacher/Master under her guidance. With experience in both practicing and teaching Reiki, I am dedicated to helping others heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually through the power of universal life force energy.
As an affiliated member of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), I am able to initiate others into Reiki and help them become affiliated members of the ICRT.
I follow the original lineage of Reiki as taught by Mikao Usui, honoring traditional methods while continuing to expand the Reiki practice. My unique approach to healing focuses on connecting individuals with the natural energies around them, particularly nature and the cosmos. My style of Reiki is designed to ground you deeply into the energies of the earth while simultaneously expanding your potential through the limitless energies of the cosmos. Together, we work to help you achieve spiritual growth and unlock your full potential.
My childhood
As long as I can remember, I’ve been highly sensitive to the energies around me. Whether it’s energy from plants, people, living things, objects, or any scenario in the world, I’ve always felt these forces deeply. For example, some people experience what is known as visual snow—a phenomenon that I believe represents the natural energy all around us. These shapes and patterns take different forms, sometimes bright and sometimes dark.
As a child, I was constantly thinking about scenarios and possibilities. I would often ask my family or friends, "What if this happened? What if that happened?". It was a continuous thought pattern that intrigued me. However, being an innocent child, I didn’t realize just how powerful my thoughts and intentions were. My ability to manifest and bring things into physical reality was incredibly strong, even at a young age. One of my favorite childhood memories illustrates this perfectly.

I had a couple of fish in a tank along with a frog named Peter. They were my beloved pets. One day, I asked the storekeeper if it was possible for snails to appear in the tank and start breeding. He told me it was nearly impossible since maintaining the specific conditions required would be difficult. Despite this, I told my mother it would happen and I said it over 100 times. I would stare at the fish tank for hours, imagining snails appearing. One day, we noticed tiny dots on the side of the tank and with a magnifying glass we discovered they were snails. Over time they grew and genetic variations appeared, leading to even more snails.
It was truly a remarkable sight and one of my fondest childhood memories. Peter, who was only supposed to live for three years, lived for five years. I constantly wondered, "What if he lived longer?"— and he did. These experiences showed me that the power of intention can truly help manifest things in your life. There are countless other stories like this from my childhood, each strengthening my connection to the energies of nature, animals, the sky, and the stars. Over time, this deep connection has only grown stronger, leading me to develop the unique type of energy healing that I practice today.
My approach
From a very young age I’ve been deeply intuitive, able to see and feel the energies that surround us in ways that have shaped my understanding of the world. This innate sensitivity to the flow of energy guided me to develop a unique approach to Reiki, tapping into both the healing power of nature and the vastness of the universe.

My journey into energy healing began in childhood with a deep and unshakable bond with the natural world, especially trees and plants. I felt their grounding energy—a steady, calming presence that always brought me peace and strength. I instinctively knew that nature was healing.
This connection to trees grew within me, shaping my perspective and eventually inspiring the creation of Tree Reiki Nature Healing. Born from a transformative spiritual experience, Tree Reiki channels the unique energy of trees and nature itself. Unlike traditional Reiki, which works with universal life force energy, Tree Reiki Nature Healing connects deeply with Earth energy, offering grounding, stability, and a profound sense of harmony.
Each tree holds its own energetic wisdom—an oak brings courage and resilience, while a maple offers balance and peace. Even different tree leaves can act as symbols to vibrate a specific healing frequency based on personal needs. Through Tree Reiki, I can infuse these qualities within a person to promote growth and reconnect them with themselves and the natural world around them.
Trees can even be attuned to share their energy more widely, fostering healing not just for individuals but also for the surrounding environment. Every individual tree will emanate its own unique frequency with its innate properties through Tree Reiki.
Just as Tree Reiki Nature Healing can help people grow and overcome difficult experiences, it can also give trees and plants a significant growth boost. Tree Reiki keeps trees and plants healthy, promoting faster growth and more bountiful crops. It enhances their resilience, enabling them to survive situations such as extreme frost or diseases caused by bugs or fungus.
A Cosmic Connection

In addition to my connection to the Earth with its grounding force, there was another energy within me. As a child, I would sit beneath the trees and gaze at the stars, feeling the pull of the cosmos as if it were calling to me. This connection to the stars was always there, dormant yet undeniable, complementing my relationship with the grounding energy of nature.
Over time, I began to understand how these energies worked together. This understanding eventually led me to develop Interstellar Energy Healing, which blends the infinite energy of the galaxies with the grounded wisdom of nature.
Interstellar Energy Healing is a transformative form of healing that draws energy from the planets, stars, and nebulae in space. Unlike traditional Reiki, which focuses on personal healing, this practice operates on a much larger scale, addressing not only individual challenges but also collective issues affecting humanity and the planet.
This cosmic energy helps release deeply ingrained emotional wounds, generational traumas, and toxic patterns while fostering profound spiritual growth. It can heal family patterns such as heavy drinking or patterns of guilt and shame passed on through relationships.
